Guest Code of Conduct

There is no doubt we are all living differently with the COVID-19 restrictions, here at BIG4 Deniliquin we have put in place our Covid cleaning procedures to ensure we are doing our absolute best in keeping our facilities clean.  There are a few things we need you, our guest, to read below so that together we can ensure the safety of our guests, staff and community.

  • If you or any other member of your family has respiratory symptoms or fever (>37.5 degrees) even if they have only mild symptoms, we ask that you reconsider your travel and stay at home on this occasion. If you are in the park and these symptoms develop you will be asked to immediately get tested for COVID-19 and go into immediate isolation until your results return.
  • Payments before arrival via BPAY or tap and go on arrival is preferred.
  • Visitors – we have a limit on visitor numbers into the park and you will need to prebook this with reception before arrival. Registration and applicable fees will apply.
  • We ask that guests abide by safe practice and hygiene rules, including frequent handwashing with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds, before and after entering communal facilities and/or before and after any contact with surfaces that are used by more than one person.
  • Your enjoyment and the safety of all our guests, staff and the wider community is our top priority. To this effect, our team are working to our hygiene and cleaning procedures.   
  • We ask you to please follow any instructions given by our team and continue to abide by existing State and Federal COVID-19 restrictions for the wellbeing of all.
