Mountain Bike Trails
Located a stone’s throw from Deniliquin, these trails wind through tranquil river red gum forest and along the Edward River.
The Mountain Bike Trails sit within the Murray Valley Regional Park. Located near the Deniliquin town centre, you can easily access the park via Willoughbys Beach entrance or from Packenham Street.
The trails wind along a fast and flowy cross-country route through tranquil forest. Expect lots of turns and log rollovers as you cover mostly flat terrain, with some gentle hills and one steep descent.
You can choose from three loop trails. The shortest is just 7.6km, or try a longer 11km or 12km loop. The trail network is structured around the existing kangaroo tracks found in the forest, so has minimal environmental impact.
The trails are rated as intermediate, but are suitable for most riders. It takes about two hours to complete the full 12km loop.
