BIG4 Deniliquin does have a strict one car policy per site. For the safety of children moving around the grounds we do try to have minimal cars parked within the park. This makes for a nicer and safer environment. For those with a second car, there is free street parking out the front of the park. For the purpose of unpacking you will need to unload your first car, exit with that car and then bring in your second car for unloading. Unfortunately, we don’t have long term guest parking on site.
Our boom gate operates as “Anti Pass Back”, so it will not allow a second car in. If you need to unload a second car, your first car needs to park out the front, then your code will allow your second car in.
We do have a designated boat trailer parking area. Cars are not permitted to be parked here or left hooked up to your trailer. Once unhooked you will need to park your car back on your own site.
All electric/battery operated bikes, scooters, hover boards etc. are not permitted to be ridden within the park grounds. These are essentially a vehicle and young children riding these around are not always aware of cars coming around corners and can be extremely dangerous. The roads with the park are still classed as public roads.
BIG4 Deniliquin does have designated communal fire pits which are located along the riverfront and for all guests to use. Unfortunately, individual fires are not permitted on our powered or cabin sites. Please provide your own firewood.
We sell water, soft drinks, long life milk, ice-creams, sunscreen, insect repellent, washing powder and kids’ activities. Coles and Ritchies IGA are only a short 5-minute drive away for all other supplies.
Our cabins aren’t serviced during your stay. However, if your stay is longer than 7 days, your cabin will be serviced half way through your stay. You will receive a fresh change of linen and towelling. The servicing day is always pre-arranged with you so that it works for both our housekeeping crew and our guest. Of course, we ask that all personal belongings are put away so that our crew can easily go through your cabin. The same applies for our ensuite sites, your bathroom will be cleaned and a change of bath mat.
The pontoon boats are not available for hire generally between May – September. This is season dependent and based on river level heights. Management discretion is used. Please call the BIG4 Deniliquin team on 03 5881 1131 for all pontoon boat enquiries.
BIG4 Deniliquin does not supply firewood for the communal firepits. Guests are welcome to bring along their own wood or they can source wood locally from a nearby timber supplier.
