Long before they owned the park, Frank and Lynda spent their teenage summers here, water skiing and holidaying with family. In 2001, they purchased the park with Bruce and Glenys Catto, beginning years of hands-on work to transform a modest riverside caravan park into a nationally recognised holiday destination. In 2022 Frank and Lynda took over full ownership of the park and have continued to grow and develop the park and its presence in the region. The park has grown, but the heart of it is still the same: family, river days and making people feel welcome.

Today, BIG4 Deniliquin brings together riverfront accommodation, family activities and country hospitality on the banks of the Edward (Kolety) River.
